PostifySetu is an independent software-as-a-service (SaaS) application developed by the Setu Cloud Ecosystem. PostifySetu is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.

The official Instagram website can be found at https://www.instagram.com. The name “Instagram” as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Official Meta Graph API Compliance

PostifySetu strictly utilizes the official Meta Instagram Graph API (Content Publishing API)in accordance with Meta's Developer Policies and Platform Terms. All automated actions, post publishing, story publishing, and media container flows adhere to Meta's approved protocols:

• No Web Scraping: We do not perform unofficial browser automation, reverse engineering, or unauthorized data scraping.
• Rate Limit Enforcement:We enforce Meta's 25-100 posts per 24-hour rate limits per connected Instagram account.
• User-Initiated Permissions: Access tokens are requested only with explicit user consent via OAuth 2.0 with the minimum necessary scopes (`instagram_basic`, `instagram_content_publish`, `pages_show_list`).

3. Data Privacy & Token Security

User access tokens and profile identifiers are encrypted at rest and never shared with unauthorized third parties. Users retain complete ownership of their content and can revoke PostifySetu's API permissions at any time through their Instagram/Facebook Security Settings or the Data Deletion Instructions page.
