How to delete your PostifySetu account data and revoke Meta API permissions.

1. How to Delete Your Data from PostifySetu

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms and global data protection regulations (GDPR/CCPA), you can delete all your stored profile data, tokens, and media from PostifySetu at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your PostifySetu dashboard at console.postifysetu.com.
  2. Navigate to Settings / Profile.
  3. Click "Disconnect Account & Delete Data".
  4. Confirm deletion. All stored access tokens, scheduling tasks, and logs will be permanently removed within 24 hours.

2. How to Revoke PostifySetu Access in Facebook / Instagram

You can also remove PostifySetu directly from your Facebook / Instagram account permissions:

  1. Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Scroll to Permissions and click Apps and Websites.
  3. Find PostifySetu in the list.
  4. Click Remove to revoke all active API access immediately.

3. Automatic Deletion Callback Status Check

If you revoked permissions via Facebook, our system processes Meta's data deletion request callback automatically. For support inquiries or manual deletion confirmation requests, please email support@postifysetu.com.
